Does it hurt?

No. The band applies steady pressure rather than cutting, burning, or freezing, so there is no stinging sensation. Most people describe a mild snugness for the first few minutes that then fades.

Will it leave a scar?

Because nothing is cut or burned, there is no wound to heal. The tag dries and separates on its own, and once healed there is typically no visible mark.

How long until the tag falls off?

Usually 7 to 14 days. Smaller tags tend to be at the shorter end of that range and larger ones at the longer end. The tag will darken before it separates — that is expected.

Is it safe for sensitive skin or the face?

The bands are hypoallergenic silicone with no chemicals or adhesives, which makes them well tolerated by most sensitive skin. We still recommend a patch test if your skin reacts easily. We do not recommend using Clarivue on the eyelid, or on any growth you are not confident is a benign skin tag.

What if the tag doesn't fully come off?

Occasionally a larger tag needs a second band applied after the first has done most of the work. Each kit includes enough bands for this. If it still hasn't resolved, email us — the 60-day guarantee covers you either way.

How many tags can one kit treat?

Up to 12, using the bands included. The applicator pen and heads are reusable, so once the bands run out you only need a refill pack rather than a whole new kit.

Can I use this on more than one tag at a time?

Yes. There is no need to treat them one at a time, though we'd suggest starting with a single tag if it's your first time so you know what to expect.

Can the whole household use one kit?

Yes. Clean the applicator head between users. The kit is designed to be shared.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Free shipping applies automatically to 2-Pack and 3-Pack orders.

What if I change my mind?

Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund your order. No photos, no return shipping, no explanation needed.

Should I see a doctor instead?

If a growth is new, changing in colour or shape, bleeding, or something you haven't had evaluated, yes — see a doctor before treating it at home. Clarivue is intended for benign, existing skin tags and is not a diagnostic tool.
