Refunds
Email us with your order number and a one-line note that you'd like a refund. That's the whole process — no photos, no return shipping, no explanation needed, any time within 60 days of delivery.
Order and shipping questions
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your kit arrived damaged, email us and we'll sort it out.

A note on medical questions
We're glad to explain how the product works, but we can't diagnose a growth or tell you whether something on your skin is a skin tag. If a growth is new, changing in colour or shape, bleeding, or something you haven't had evaluated, please see a doctor or dermatologist before treating it at home.
